Happy February! This month we're focusing on domains, domain buying and the benefits of buying multiple domains. In the mean time, have a look at our new Domains section and MAKE A PURCHASE today, or set up your own free co.cc domain.
I never advise any client to buy just the one domain. Its counter-productive and makes it so much esier for your customers to find you. Buy up several similar domain names - you never know which of your customers might forget if your web address ends with a .co.uk or .com. If you have "yourbizname.com", register "yourbizname.co.uk" and even "your-bizname.com" so no one else can take it, or any traffic that goes there. You should register your full officialcompany name and a shorter, easier to remember and spell version. Some people even register common misspellings of their company’s name.
Note that you don’t need a separate Web page for each - in fact you probably will end up with just one set of webpages that all of the domains you own point or redirect to. If you ever diversify or need differing sites for differing audiences, then you can rearrange and redirect as you please.

We use a combination of PHP, SQL, CSS, JavaScript and HTML to weave together the perfect site for you. Our main content management system of choice is Drupal. The software we've found ourselves using the most are Macromedia's Dreamweaver and Programmer's Notepad. Don't hesitate to ask if you want to know more about what these software are capable of.
